Announcement on the paper submission due date (revised in April 4)

As we have announced, you can send your revised manuscript by e-mail until April 6 23:59 (UTC-12). However, we decided that for your convenience and lightening our load, you can reupload your revised manuscript to the Paper Management System using the master login ID and password distributed by e-mail (in the afternoon, April 4, JST (UTC+9)) to the authors who submitted papers before the official deadline. (You do not have to send your revised manuscript via e-mail any more.)

Procedure of reuploading revised manuscripts:

  1. Go to the paper submission site.
  2. In order to enter the site, you have to input the master login ID and password distributed by e-mail to the authors who submitted papers before the official deadline.
  3. Login to the paper management system using your own login ID and password.
  4. Reupload your paper in the following manner:

    1. Select "Author" at Top Menu.
    2. Select "B. Register and view your initial papers" at Author Menu.
    3. Push "Change" in the corresponding manuscript box at the end part of the window
    4. Select "Change the file" and upload the revised manuscript.
    5. Push "Update".

Important notices:

  1. The authors cannot change authors' names, affiliations, and the title of the manuscript for reviewing after the official submission due dates.
  2. In order to keep the tight schedule, we will reject any request on this matter after April 6 23:59 (UTC-12) regardless of reasons.

As we have announced, we won't extend the submission due dates. However, we allow you to revise your manuscript until April 6 23:59 (UTC-12). Since the submission site is closing soon officially, please submit your original manuscript without fail before the official deadline. Then if necessary send your revised manuscript until April 6 23:59 (UTC-12) to

(please replace *** with atmark).

Your revised manuscript must be a PDF file named "[paper No.]_[your last name].pdf" (e.g. "34_iwamura.pdf"). [paper No.] will be given when you submit your original manuscript through the paper submission system before the official submission deadline.
