Registration types
- IAPR Member, Non-Member and student registrations include:
- one copy of the proceedings, one copy of the the handout of tutorials, extended abstracts and demo abstracts, one excursion & banquet ticket, and one 3-day-luncheon ticket.
- Requirement for student registrations:
- Students should send a letter of their supervisor with his/her signature and contact address making mention about their actual academic status, graduate or undergraduate students, to "das-student-regist *** m.cs.osakafu-u.ac.jp" (please replace *** with atmark).
Authors' Information
Regular Papers:
At least one author for each regular paper must complete registration as a presenter by June 25 to ensure that their papers are included in the proceedings. However, it is not necessary to register more than once if you have multiple regular papers, extended abstracts or demo abstracts, and you are the presenter of them. Just indicate all the paper IDs and total extra pages at the registration site.
- PAGE LIMIT:
- 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
- Up to 2 extra pages can be purchased at JPY 12,000 per extra page.
Extended Abstracts & Demo Abstracts:
At least one author for each extended abstract or demo abstract must complete registration as a presenter by July 31 to ensure that their papers are included in the handout. However, it is not necessary to register more than once if you have multiple regular papers, extended abstracts or demo abstracts, and you are the presenter of them. Just indicate all the abstract IDs and total number of abstracts which require extra pages, at the registration site.

- 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- PURCHASING EXTRA PAGES:
- Up to 4 extra pages can be purchased at
JPY 12,000.
Accommodation
All rooms includes breakfast and a free broadband Internet connection. LAN cables are available for free at both hotels.
- 40 single rooms (16m2)
- JPY 10,500 per night. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request. Note that the number of non-smoking rooms is limited.
- 30 twin rooms (23m2)
- JPY 20,000 for two persons or
JPY 12,500 for single use per night. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.
- 30 single rooms (12m2)
- JPY 6,900 per night.
The hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms. Non-smoking rooms are available upon request.
